I have a k3 wiring diagram here. What colours are the 4 wires to the relay. If they're the same, I can tell you what to check

i have the k7 wiring diagram, double and triple checked, none showing continuity to earth, 3 showing 12v with ignition on, one showing 1.5v. the yellow with red is the switched wire, which is the one showing 1.5v

Two things. First, remove relay and join Red/blue wire to Yel/Red. Check with multimeter at fuel pump Pos to Yel/Red and Neg to Black/White. You should have 12v.
If that's ok the ECU isn't switching the relay for some reason. The yellow/black wire should switch to ground from the ecu. Connect Pos lead of multimeter to battery positive and Neg lead to the Yel/black wire at the ECU. Multimeter should read 12v when you switch on ignition. |

Even though it says fuse 3 is fuel. The red/blue wire at relay actually comes from fuse no 5. So if you have no power at relay then you should be checking fuse no 5 or red/blue wire between fuse 5 and relay.

Check using a light bulb rater than a meter, corroded connectors/wire shows up more readily when theres a bit of load there
