Unhappy Spyball alarm

I have a bmw rt1100 with a spyball sp/am 140 alarm fitted, i left the lights on which ran down the battery and set the alarm off i recharged the battery but now i cannot switch off the alarm with the key fob.Ithink the key fob has to be recoded to the alarm which i do not know how to do and if i disconnect the battery the alarm is still going off powered by its own battery which by now is near flat and i cannot find to remove or replace, the alarm seems to have been very well fitted all the wires are black which is making it very hard to trace them.
Thanks nmack

The lads here will know more about the alarm but with mine I had to take it off the battery, put it back on and hold down the button on the keyfob.

Then I heard a chirp and the alarm was programmed to that frequency.

Found this..

SYPBALL 8510 Realign Process:

Press Raised Button Once
Press and hold raised button for 40 seconds

This should then re sync the fob to the alarm its self.

It is doesn't work at first then wait 5 mins and try again.
If after 5 attempts it doesn't work try to call the customer help line. (If it still exists)
