Use him all the time, honest guy, hours are a bit flexible (one-man operation)
Tuesday to Saturday, usually 10.30ish to 6.30ish.

If it has been raining hard the previous day, he won't be there, he'll be throwing himself down a river in a kayak!!

I only used the place once for a full service in late 2008......and never again. Managed to get a partial refund and got the service parts (plugs and air filter) from him and fit them myself after I pointed out that they hadn't been replaced. The oil and oil filter was changed though but that was it. I really don't know why I decided to check if the work was carried out but I'm glad I did. Let the buyer beware.

I've found him to be a very decent guy. Opening times can be 'flexible' but as someone said it is a one man operation.

I asked him some questions related to the Kaw twin, seemed a decent sort. Some one man band garages can be run by utter misanthropes.

Sean, I can't speak for the guy in Lucan, but Dog's Box isn't that far from Lucan and he has a savage reputation. Two class mechanics there too...Tomas and Petras. Give me a buzz or text if you want his number.
