Default help wit new bike, wot ye reckon?

hi guys?

wot ye tink of dis? very skepticle at the moment, due to it bein very old.
wot wud ye av ta say bout it? (any regular problems wit dis model and wot-not!)

absolute nails of yokes in my opinion, i havent seen a running one since 1990.
its belonging to a member here too by the looks of things .

was looking at it myself, seems quite clean in pics, maybe totally different story in flesh, seems honest enough ad. thinking that the price is a tad steep for a bike that is 23 years old, could be wrong and i'm sure someone will put me right

and yeah my mates have 87 ducatis..and tell me about hard to maintain..so an old honda should be much better!!
would ya not go for a cbr/zxr/vfr

ya, cbr wud prob b my 1st choice n bike, looks wise. but im 6' 2" nd im told id b 2 big for them. so duno really.
iv nly jus started avin an interest in bikes nd most of my knowledge is of de net. peoples opinions nd fotos, so i really dnt av a clu if i wud r wudnt b comfortable on a cbr 250
wot ya reckon?

dnt tink id get insured on a 600.
dnt tink id start off wit 1 either anyways for me 1st bike, end up killin meself!
think gettin a 250 was bein brave nough for a 1st one! (was talked out of gettin a 125)

It`ll have to be restricted anyway. A bandit shouldnt be hard to insurel. An fuggin spell properly will ya

whats the story with restricting a bike? is it hard/expensive?
and is the end result that it will then just have the same power as whatever it is restricted to?

Power restricted to 33bhp as per licence requirements. This may also have to be done on a 250 too (not sure though). Chopper does it for around €250 I think.

Well done on the spellin. Bad enough tryin to decipher custom900`s shite

grand job.
sound well are bandits a good bike so?
theres one for sale in the shop down the road from me. a 400 and its a '92 and askin 1500.

its ivors motors in galway aswell,
have any of ye had any dealins with them? dodgy bikes, bad service, wotnot?
they give a 3 month warrenty with their 2nd hqand bikes aswell.

also,
if ya restrict a 600 down to 33bhp will your insurance still be higher then if you simply bought a 33bhp bike? outa curiosity.

what do ye think of this one? Iv heard hornets are good bikes, and already learner legal so wouldnt have ta worry about restricting it.
any opinions?

ya that had been my origional plan but im told i wont fit on a cbr 125, and most other 125s either seein as im 6' 2"
