Sidi boots are top class. I had a pair of Sidi Vortex, quality was incredible, they were hard wearing, comfortable, and lasted for about 6 years of hard graft. You won't regret spending the extra few quid on them.

The Furygan stuff I've never tried but I do remember buying my first set of Alpinestar leathers and feeling a bit guilty about forking out over three times what I'd spent on my last set (Akito). Never looked back, fit and quality is head and shoulders above the rest. If you can stretch to it, and they are pricey, I think it's worth it. Wear well.

I have found sick boots to be very hard wearing and comfortable but tend to be on the small side and narrow fitting so I always size up 1size

looked at those boots when I was buying in Lee honda a few months back

The guy in Lee honda got me to try a pair of TCX S Speed instead
https://www.leehondacentre.com/produ...-goretex-black

same price, slightly wider fitting (which suited me, I have wide feet)
What really made my mind up though was the fasteners. Those buckles/clips on the ones you are looking at seem a bit of a faf to me. The TCX ones are a simple velcro fastener which are far easier to put on (takes seconds) and means that the boot will actually fit your foot properly. (the have a simple zip inside the velcro to make sure everything is water tight).

Give me a shout next time you see me at UCC. You can look at them for yourself and if you are a size 8 try them on for size.

Don't like the boots, not my cuppa tbh, but I have the Sidi B2 Goretex and they are fantastic. Never leaked. And I'm on my second pair, the first pair were still good after 5 years, just scuffed really

I have the Furygan Wind Textile Jkt (similar enough to that one) and it's a nice comfy jkt, but not made for the winter. More of a summer jkt or something for short blasts, it leaks if I'm in the rain for prolonged periods. My old Spada was much better at keeping out the rain, and warmer too.
