As if we needed evidence that Moto GP has become as pathetic as F1.

Do wonder why they bother?

And do we really care whether some place like Qatar hosts a GP in the first place?

Wonder what Hailwood and Surtees etc would have made of this nonsense?

Big spoiler alert in the title gives it away

A good race to be fair, Zarco led and by some distance for the first half a dozen laps or so. Lost the front on the dreaded turn 2.

Marquez was battling away with maverick when dovi was out in front. Dovi was on a soft rear. Finished 4th and Pedrosa had a solid 5th, Aleix esp brought the Aprilia home in a 6th great result.
Redding
Miller
Rins
Folger
Lorenzo
Baz

Cal crashed got back out and crashed again a lap later. Around lap 8/9 I think

Rossi had a great race considering he can't get a handle of the new tyres, what a rider! maverick's could show him up big time this season though on the same machinery and tyres. Was exciting to see him catch everyone
Poor ol Dovi almost did it again, gotta suck coming 2nd 3 years in a row

Ya but #46 set the bike up for him, he was seen with a 10 spanner adjusting Vinales' preload and compression rates right before the race, if it wasn't for Rosie- the moral victor, then Maverick would be last.

yer man zarco wasn't afraid to give it a lash

It actually looks like a really good season this year

I think Marquez will have a job to defend his title from both the yamahas, the dukes (Lorenzo and dovidioso) will take an odd win, and iannone on the the suzy might be close for some podiums
