You mean when he is told not to do it again & let go, with his license intact & not even a penalty point to boot

Its not a good situation the way he is behaving but theres no way you could say "oh he has mental health issues - take his license away"
I think if the state shows he is a danger to people / himself, there might be a case for suspending his license.

But as mentioned, if he's really off his nut (technical term), license is unlikely to make a difference. If he's using it as an excuse to be let off for being a complete c**t, then taking his license away for a while might be a good thing.

I can see him goin out for even more road rage as I am sure arresting him pissed him way off.

Good thing I keep my cam on my helmet at all times. Will make a note, to charge it to 100% when goin that way!

The Gardai will have a duty of care to remove the risk... ie him driving... he is clearly a danger to himself and others.

Yeah, arguing with a psycho headcase in a cage while you're on a bike is a great idea

Had a similar buzz to this with some headbangers in a buggy outside clonmel couple yrs back. Screaming out windows, swerving into traffic type shit. Never be a hero with this lot when your on a bike. Too easy to be knocked off.

Do it.If he's not in a fit state of mind,he needs to be stopped now before he harms someone. If the cops or his family have left him drive after that, its a fucking disgrace.Maybe cops can do nothing without a judge deciding?
