I think I remember seeing your bike there before while I was looking out for timmy1's bike that he had stolen, he had the same bike as you.
Will keep eyes out for it.
Some bloke nicked today foe robbing bikes maybe theres a chance you might see it again...look here. http://www.biker.ie/forum/showthread.php?t=23966

Threads merged and unhelpful comments removed, Naming them in public could be libellous.

The Gardaí are aware of this thread so keep it short & sweet with bike model, details, pics etc. so they (and everyone else) know what bikes to look for.

very sorry to hear that mate.

i know how it feels, and it feels crap.

a very long shot idea but it seems from the CCTV footage that the thieving tramp has no gloves on.

i expect that these guys are known to the garda. a possibility of prints on anything? the locks they left behind etc?

just an idea

There was a post about this yesterday but I couldnt find it. There is an oldish zzr dumped in Ballycragh, Tallaght. I went over to have a look tonight. Its in Rag order but the engine may be OK. It has a nice set of viper race cans on it. I have some pics on my phone, just waiting for something to download and I will upload them

When posting, please include as much info on the bike as you can.

Make & Model:

Location Stolen From:
Approx. Time Bike was Stolen:

Any distinguishing Features:
eg special paint jobs, exhaust etc.

It was also mentioned that lads have, in the past, have been phoned and offered their bikes back for €XXXX. As we've seen, there's not a lot the guards can do in this situation.

But a member on here with some contacts in the mobile phone business has kindly offered to do what he can with regard to tracing the phone should you get such a call. Obviously I cant tell you who it is but PM me with the details and I'll pass 'em on.

Lastly, keep your biked locked at all times to something solid, and be careful about where you leave it at night!!

There was a cruiser parked just inside Parkgate St entrance to Phoenix Park yesterday at about 5:30am. Was there again or was still there this morning at same time but was dropped on its left side. Just in case it was stolen I notified cops. If you are the owner and it is gone when you get back call Cabra Garda station. Better safe than sorry

Default Yamaha X-max 250 Stolen

hey guys, my 4 week old X-max was stolen on Monday night 19th- Tuesady morning 20th outside my house at the top of the longmile road in Drimnagh.

Color = Red with a bit of silver
Model Yamaha X-max 250
Year = 06D (not sure of the rest)
Large red Back boxs
Wind shield looks a bit bent.
The bike has a very distintive blue strap on the left pasanger handle side(last ownder used it to strap thinks on)
Their are not many of these bikes around in red so I hope I get it back.

really pissed off as I only got it from Redzone last month, and insureance will not pay out (my fault !!) hope redzone sell me back my old vivacity till I can save for another bike. I have a good mind to back to the push bike. if you see it please email or reply to this post.
Thanks
D

that honda bros used to be mine! know it by the crappy paint job i done on it, the anodised indicators and the fairing. actually met a recent owner of it at a biker.ie rideout and it's a 1989 reg so it aint the stolen one tbh i think my paint job would eevn make a thief puke
