In the box with the oil pressure gauge?

You can get fittings from lots of places. Here https://www.flomax.ie/Catalogue/STAI...eaded-Fittings for example. They should cost very little (couple of euro each at most). Assuming it uses a standard pipe thread. My Kawasaki uses 1/8 BSPT.

The oil pressure gauge is your new oil light for this experiment. Observe what it does on start up from cold all the way through till the fan has cycled a few times if necessary...any major dips of loss of pressure is an immediate shut down and time to assess the situation.
