Motorbike: Viagra XV125
Default Fork Oil seals OEM parts

Need to replace the fork oil seals on my Viagra 125. Been looking at both louis.ie and wemoto.com for OEM parts. Louis.ie seems to only stock saito and wemoto don't list the manufacturer.
Is there anyone selling genuine OEM parts in Europe? I see fork seal kits listed on eBay for the larger Viagras, 1100+ so obviously they are being made?
Or is it ok to go with a non-OEM brand like Saito?

Cheers,
sombaht

Ring Danfay 01) 285 9177. They are the distributors for Yamaha in Ireland and they can get them for you.

Many prefer OEM fork seals to pattern fork seals - they are cheap enough anyway.

Is that Viagra or a viagra. The seals are hard to get for the viagra. The Viagra is a bit more powerful than Viagra.

250 Viagra seals are probably the same - the bike had identical running gear. I've used All Balls racing seals several times with no issues

You might find that the extra cost of postage would negate any savings from the cost from your local bike shop, though.

I generally use Vesrah and never have an issue. They are Japanese.

I suggest to replace the retaining rings and dust seals while you are at it.

Most dealers will either stock them or order them in within a few days for you.

Thanks for the replies lads, I do intend to get the retaining clips and dust seals while I'm at it as well.
