looks like conrod bolts came loose on one pot and threw the leg out of bed, luckily and unusually neither head or valves were damaged, race r6 engines have a habit of dropping valves so hopefully someone out there has a bottom end they'd like to part with.
did'nt know there was a r6 arsebook page, will check it out thanks

Yeah ive heard the r6's were bad for valves, heard of crank issues too, the lads on the trackday addicts page or r6 page should be able to help.
