Default My new S1000RR ..... pretty happy :)

I mentioned a few weeks back I was making a purchase of a new S1000rr and I have her home and all with 2 weeks now

Itís fully loaded in motorsport white , performance pack , alarm , red wheel rim etc

Have to get her to 1000k for the run in and up at 400k now so in 2 weeks ownership thatís not too bad ,

Delighted obviously

Iíve done a tail tidy already .... Iíll get a few pics up ASAP

Nice one... the older ones (pre 2015) were riddled with problems but the issues seem to be sorted on the newer ones.
Well wear!

Amazing bike, but I personally would have waited for the next gen S1000RR in 2019 if I was buying new.

No chance. New model, newer emissions restriction probably and more than likely a load more unnecessary electronic rider interference.

Nice bike! Best of luck with it!

Lol ... it’s true tho there is always one !
Joking aside the new bike didn’t go unnoticed by me but the fact remains I didn’t fancy having to listen to “ oh I’d never buy the first of a totally new bike - will be lots of issues “ etc etc ( which may be right ) . Then your waiting on build dates and the like .

Plus BMW Dublin say they aren’t expecting to even see one in the flesh till Aug/Sept next year.

Iam very happy with my purchase !

Stunning looking bike. I'm still considering it as an option for a new purchase too but I keep changing my mind all the time.

LOVE the look of them, I have to say.
