[QUOTE=Dub Duke;3191188]Have to google that now. Must have been UOTE]

have a 1980 cb400 hondamactic (sitting up for years now) they were available in a 750 version too. Two speed auto box the clutch lever is actually a handbrake! the 400 was good for 65-70. Grand bike but all those extra gears would be nice!

most were sold in the states but there have been a few for sale here lately.

I'd love the NC700s version

Did you know the engine is from a Honda jazz cage which has been chopped in half!!

Great looking bike good luck with it

P.s. How much did you pay for it?

Bit different but if you're happy then it's all that counts, plenty storage space for pipe and slippers by the looks of it :-)

That's why its such a low revving engine and gives such good MPG apparently, I'm very interested in getting the same gearbox (DCT) in the VRF1200 in the future.

Very nice bike OP, hope it all goes well for you and can see no reason why it shouldn't

trying to put a few quid together myself to move up in the years and possibly buy a new 750x.

thats some going.....im not sure why many more didnt jump on the bandwagon. A mid ssized 750 / 800 with dct box would sell by the bucket load.

i dont like the styling on the current ones, they are brash, still look like a concept bike if you get me.

yeah 11k changing into 6th on a busa is boring

test rode an s and an x when they launched in 12 and almost did the dirty but on a manual

dct freaks out and cant make its mind up in town i found

currently looking at an x after 30k miles in 30 months on a cb500
