Talking There are some dopes around

Left the keys to my bike (right in Dublin city centre) in it when I went to work this morning. Some nice person wrapped them in paper and taped them to the handlebars.

I didn't know if this sort of thing happened anymore and was chuffed. So if the person is on here (and even if hes not), cheers bud, appreciated

great to know there are good people out there, too often we only hear the bad things, woman chased after me one day to give me my wallet, i'd dropped it outside the bank just after putting two hundred squids into it outta the drink link.

unrelated but funny!

bud use to work in a courier base over a shop on Thomas Street and for a laugh they use to put used tea bags inside wages envelopes and drop them out the window and watch!! Result - 99.9% of peeps are shifty fookers

the only time a woman chased after me in recent years as well
dropped a jonny outta my pocket before in a shop in the philippines and the girl from the shop came running after me to give it back, took me a minute to realise what was going on

tho I'd nearly Always thro a long glance at a bike i was passin i never looked at the ignition??!

you were lucky.

Last summer I came into work and parked the bike up, got off and noticed two of the lads had left their keys in their bikes!! And this was around the time that some were getting robbed as well.

in fairness I did have it chained up, and I usually do a double check before I leave the bike. I was just in a rush to get to work
