Be wary of parking in cage spots, if you do, make sure you leave the arse of the bike sticking out where it can be easily seen. Had a dope swing into the spot where my bike was parked and the thick fuck milled it over. He thought it was an empty spot, didn't see the bike till it was under his bumper.

Happened in work, he was a fellow employee, lots of cameras around so he didn't really have much choice but to own up

When my supervisor called me over to tell me what happened, he looked so worried I thought there was a fucking death in the family or something! As we walked out to the bike to inspect the damage and meet the guy that knocked it over he kept saying things like "Don't hit him"...."Just relax, it was an accident, be cool, don't hit him"...."He's really really sorry, don't hit him"......"We have him on camera, he has to pay up, don't hit him".

Mirror snapped off, top fairing cracked, indicator snapped and hanging on by the wires, screen subframe bent ta fuck but at least the screen didn't break.

Got sorted eventually through the guys insurance but he was fucking me around for a good three months. Production manager happened to ask me if I'd got the bike fixed and I mentioned the delay, Mr.Cantpark was called into the office and a week later I had the cheque in my hand.

fair play did you get the full amount as a bitch in a suv reversed over my bandit 6 4/5 years ago and made shit outta it, she tried to drive off but the aircoach busdriver stopped her and she left a not just saying her name and she wrote it in irish and used her maiden name , i called the coppers and they told me it could 5 fooken hours before they could get a car out while at the same time 5 squad cars must have drove past me lol,
it took some going to get the guards to help and call her and even then they were asking me for my licence and insurance , the bike was parked like outside the gym and it happeded while i was in there, damage came to 1400 and she said she could not pay that and it would have to go threw the insurance company and she also said she put her back out trying to pick the bike up , i swear some gaul on her, fbd was her insurer and the assesor only coughed up a grand and i had to pay the 113 damage evaluation from cb's outta my own pocket and no bike for 3 weeks. you can never win in them situations , to my mind it would be the same if i drove an artic lorry over her cage and i bet the story would be different and id be paying for a lowner vehicle too for her, cunts end of

This country and its people are anti bike.

Park in a cage spot, some fucker smacks into it.

Park in a motorbike spot, you cant because some fucktard has parked their cage there allready.

Park on the path, you get a ticket or some auld one on her way into the gym giving out to you.
Then the media are all anti bike too.

You just cant win in this country as a biker.
