A BMW Rollie, are you sure about this? I'm already feeling a bit nautious. (Just kiddin)
The more the merrier.
I think we should leave around 6, that way we can stop comfortably and maybe grab breakkie half way up.
I can meet whoever at Swords (Texaco garage @ Airside retail park) or else on the side of the M1 close to the Airport.
I'll pass out my number in case anyone can't find it - 0868568992

Hmmmm, that is a tough choice:

Birthday party or NW200
Birthday party or watching some of the best motorcyclists in the world go hell for leather on deadly roads
Birthday party or a nice rideout with a lash of other bikers

I'd probably pick the birthday too!

That's one option!!! Or you could teach your woman to ride, get her own bike, and then she won't have to give you a pass to go out. In fact it will be the other way round if my situation is anything to go by.

On the BMW and speed front maybe I should join with my K1300S and see if it will be able to keep up with ya speed merchants. Oh!!! forgot, I will be up there already having slept in a hotel with the wife who would have ridden up on her own bike.

Ain't that just heaven for you

Don't do it. Unmarked everything from cars to bikes (lots of them and all communicating with each other along the line) and while they are pretty tolerant once you step outside of what might be considered "normal speding", considering the day that's in it, they'll jump all over you if they catch you.

What about taking a scenic route, spare tyres etc. I just did a round trip to Kerry and wouldn't mind leaving a bit earlier for some good riding
