original suzuki ones give best air flow, k&n are shite on the 600's, the chinese akra's dont restrict flow much so i would go on the higher side, ran 105's on my old 600 and found it rich with stock filter and akra can, each bike is different, jets dont usually break the bank so maybe try 102.5 and 105's, i found 107.5 or 110 to be way too rich and spits flames.

remember that the number means different things with different jets . ie a dynojet 100, mikuni 100 and a kehin 100 are not the same at all. some are hole size and some are flow rates

stock suzuki filter is used on the 600 and 1200 so flows enough air for a 1200 so plenty good enough for a 600

Okay lads so I took out what were 2 97s (outside) and 2 100s (inside) and went with all 102.5s and it ran even worse, have went bk to original, but an thinking back to this post. The 102.5 I bought were unlabeled from the link above, the carbs and jets are keihin so maybe I need to get 2 keihin 102.5 for the inside and put the 100s on the outside. Might be a good start
