One of the reasons that one looks so well is because it has a black swing-arm and fork legs - they set off the gold rims well.

With the silver on yours, it will look fairly different. It's often the little details that make or break a look. Just sayin'..

If you're really not sure - why not get some of this stuff and give it a shot:

15-20 euros worth should be enough to do both wheels in any of the colours you're thinking of - and if you like it, it go for the permanent job. I put some on a little nose-cone fairing I have on the bike to try to help me decide on the colour about a year and a half ago - and it's still there :)

What sort of cunt would put a 916/Mito fairing on a GSXR with an R1 tail piece.

Drastic measures, took off all the Rizla decals etc etc

Gonna replace with one or two red Suzuki / GSXR decals

Red wheels after... (maybe) What's a good residue remover?

I have some here actually was worried about scratching the paint thought a solvent might have been a better option but I'll try some t-cut and see

Putting on a standard set of GSXR decals without all the additional graphics (that's the plan anyway)

I think u made a mistake , that shade of blue only looks good as a rizla, but we will see when u put a few decals back on , as long as u like it

The old one was a bit tired looking up close that was the main reason why I actually decided to take em off altogether.

Decal kits are easily removable all be it a couple of hours work, Rizla ones are readily available if the Gixxer decals doesn't quite work on the bike

i actually thought the bike looked class with the rizla colours...but theres nothing worse than shabby looking decals ...,so,if they needed to be changed ...change them.... looking forward to seeing the new look what ever u decide to go for...

It was looking a bit tatty I must admit Ah sure we'll see what I end up with, ordered the Decals from the states.. With red wheels it should all come together nicely

WD-40 is pretty good for getting sticky residue off too.
