Hey lads anyone got a manual for cb500 2009 abs model ? just like to get some torque settings

You might want to go to the CB500 forum in the UK , they might have an online manual .

No but I have the Owners Manual for a CB500/CB500S ( printed in 1998 )

im sure the front axle and brake disc torque settings are prob close enough .
