Default Ktm Main dealer closed on sat???

Re m50 honda ktm main dealer. How in this day and age is a main dealer showroom closed on a Saturday? ???
I would have thought Saturday would have been quite important for sales? Seems mad to me. Average joe needs to take time off work to take look.

Just get onto McCallens or Overlanders can help too. Great service from either of them.

I was in M50 honda on my day off... Was walking arround the shop, nobody ask me anything... Later I come to them to give me a quote for Super Duke 1290, he took my details and said I will get it on email... Never get an email or a call from them...

Sounds like they don't need the business.
Look elsewhere.

Its lawnmower season, they don't want to be distracted...

I went in last Wednesday, was looking at the KTM 1290 adv, guy comes over asks if I'm ok and I say that I'm looking for my next bike. He says thats nice, let me know if you have questions and walks off. I really am looking for my next bike.

I wish ta fuck they had the KTM sole distributorship......m50 have no interest in the brand whatsoever, and because of their apathy KTM is being ruined the south....

I was chatting with Neil in there and he says that the numbers were crunched and they couldn't rationalise having the manpower in on a Saturday.

That's mad considering a main dealer verrry close to them is always packed on a Saturday.

They must be the only main dealer in Europe that doesn't open for at least a half day , Satrurdays are the best retail day for bike sales and surely in Dublin with a population 2 million .1 salesman and a part timer college student on reception would do I think it's just an excuse they don't care but as said above they're ruining KTM in ROI with their attitude .

Graeme Vigors in Wicklow was really keen on moving into for the road KTMs and they declined it cause the driveway into the shop area was a bit ropey.

I was in the visorshop today and it was great. Enjoyed walking around and chatting and getting a few bits. Same for McCallens too! KTM Dublin is embarrassing

the ratio of tyre-kickers to serious buyers is probably higher on a saturday.
If i am in the market for a new bike,i'll just take a day off rather than try to compete with Mr family man out for the day with the brats trailing behind him on a saturday afternoon.

Well the numbers they crunched may be better if they actually had customer service...like a few have said, I walked in wandered around looking at the merchandise and nobody came near me. Eventually after my look I went looking for parts for my cbr to which I was waiting 10 mins for staff to stop having banter and acknowledge me, then said ah we wouldn't stock those parts need to order

A mate picked up his brand new 1290 Adventure down in Overlanders today. The bikes get PDI in M50 and then go down to Overlanders for customer collection.
