Chances of both coils failing at once is very slim

OK small update I've had time to go through things better today and think I have it down the the multi pinned relay I did a buzz check to see if all the wires were good and if I do it on the connector for the fuel pump the black and blue wire buzzes but the black wore will only buzz if the relay is plugged in is this correct ? I thought it should buzz regardless of the relay being plugged in I also have no power going to the fuel pump

There are 2 relays in that unit, one is the starter cut out relay and the other is the fuel pump relay. There are also 2 diodes associated with the neutral light, side stand switch and clutch lever switch

could this be my issue ? It seems like it may have gone open circuit cause I disconnected the neutral switch and side stand switch and yet I can still crank the bike ??

If the starter is still working with the side stand and neutral switches disconnected it just means someone bypassed the starter cut out system.
I will pm you the other vital bit of info, not putting it up here.
