Those figures are absolutely crazy, you'd feel for the police trying to patrol those areas. I'd agree with the US system that for some crimes you never see the outside of a prison again and it doesn't have to be murder. Scum like that need to be removed from society permanently.

Noble, but they still manage to breed before you catch them.
The solution was outlined to me by a garda many years ago while discussing the Limerick gang problem.
Killing them is not the solution, it just leaves their friends and relatives bitter and eager for revenge, while continuing the tradition of crime.

Instead maim them to a level they need round the clock care, deny free healthcare, so instead their friends and famly have to care for them, meaning their fellow scrotes will have no time for crime, as they are too busy wiping their mates bum.

Now that's the chicago way....

And here's me, thinking that was a satisfactory outcome to the police involvement.

Christ I hope I live to see the day when protecting yourself, your family and your property can all involve deadly force. I wouldn't hesitate before or give it a second thought after.

The only thing I'd struggle with would be the calibre to use.

Seems one of them was involved in a minor accident earlier today with the Met Polis.
Sorry three of them. Seems the Polis misinterpreted their intentions and may have inadvertantly knocked them from their vehicle. Most unfortunate.

A teenager is in a critical condition following a collision between a police car and a moped being ridden by three males.
At approximately 02:15hrs on Sunday, 16 July, a moped was in collision with a marked police car in South Park Road near the junction with Trinity Road, SW19. The moped was in collision with the rear offside of the police car, which was being driven to a position ahead of the moped.
The moped was being monitored by the National Police Air Service helicopter at the time of the collision as it was believed to have been involved in an earlier attempted robbery. The moped was not pursued by police vehicles on the ground. It had been reported lost or stolen to police on 12 July.
Three males who had been riding the moped were taken to a south London hospital for treatment to their injuries.
A 16-year-old male is in a critical condition. A second 16-year-old suffered a serious injury to his leg and a 15-year-old sustained minor injuries.
All three males were arrested at the scene and two large knives were recovered.
The Directorate of Professionals Standards has been informed.
The incident has been referred to the Independent Police Complaints Commission

The natural evolution of this phenomenon will be:

* Due to the Gardaí and judges and The System steadfastly ensuring that the scum remain free and untouched despite 50 repeat offences, Joe Public will take matters into his own hands, and a scum will be killed.

* Reasonable people will approve and fools will cry foul and cite - for the 50th time - the scum's unfortunate history as an excuse for his behaviour, and state him to be the victim (of circumstance, the state's failing, and Joe Public's fists and boots).

* Joe Public will be arrested, and in court a judge - one of the judges that had previously let the scum out 50 times - will put him in prison.

* There'll be public fury, riots and an explosion of vigilantism.

Your seeing that evolution right now in the Philippines where the public are quite happy to vote in a president with a "kill m all" attitude..... Certainly effective

It's a dangerous precedent.
Something has to be done about these sort of attacks, they are life changing crimes in some cases, but id be very wary of giving sweeping powers to curb it.

An awful lot of innocent people in the Philippines are dead because of their presidents' "Kill em all" policy.

these fuktards have set a precedent, so they will go on as they mean to. Their confidence to do all this shit in broad daylight etc is remarkable.

clearly UK cops either dont have the resurces or dont give a toss. The normal biker / scooter rider will always be treated as second be class in society, thats why nobody ( councils / cops and cager drivers etc dont really care. Its the same here too.

But what i do find ridiculous, is when the vigilante type groups formed to tackle these gangs in london, the cops were all over them like a shot, go figure

it will all come to a head when someone is stabbed or killed some other way. But as usual it will be too late and the skanger will be off scott-free for having a hard life. And so the circle continues. Unless someone takes things into their own hands, which you'd probably get away with i reckon.

highjacking which is what it is.....it defies belief that its getting more vicious and wholly commonplace in london. Nuts

Gone a bit crazy over there with 65 bikes a day ( over 20,000 every year ! ) being robbed in London alone, random acid attacks and the cops are powerless ;

THE Met is appealing for witnesses after a moped thug threatened a motorcycle officer with a large knife which was then used to attack the police bike tyres.

The officer, on a marked police motorcycle, had signalled for two men on a moped to stop after seeing them ‘acting suspiciously' on Benwell Road in Highbury, north London, at about 2.30pm on November 22.

The two made off but eventually stopped on Sunnyside Road, Archway, a distance of 1.6 miles away.

The force said in an appeal: ‘The pillion then dismounted from the bike, threatened the officer with a large knife, which he then used to strike the tyres of the police bike.’

The two then made off again, leaving the officer uninjured.

No arrests have been made.

Both the moped rider and pillion are described as aged between 18 and 22 and wearing dark clothing and a black helmet.

Detective Inspector Greg Coates of Camden and Islington’s Operation Attrition Unit said of the latest incident: “These men are clearly dangerous and need to be arrested. We are keen to speak to anyone who may have witnessed this incident or has any information.

“In particular, we would like to hear from anyone who was in this area at the time and has dashcam footage. If you were in the vicinity of either in Benwell Road, Hornsey Road or Sunnyside Road on Wednesday afternoon, please call police; your information could be vital."

Any witnesses or anyone with any information is asked to call police on 101 or contact via Twitter @MetCC. To give information anonymously contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or online atcrimestoppers-uk.org.

Nail on the head there sir.

A combination of these cunts having nothing better to do or to loose if caught is not helped by the fact that if they actually do get caught the chances of them actually doing time for it are nil because the fancy lawyers paid for by the taxpayer will keep them out of the jails that are already full.

I youtubed some bike theft london videos there and it would actually sicken your hole how brazen these cunts are.
