Default valve clearance

anyone know the correct valve clearance on a vfr 800 ? or will i need a torque wrench and would it be 1/2 inch or 3/8 inch drive ? left handed wrench where can i get one ? how many spanners do you think i will need for this job ? will i wear overalls ? how many days will it take to complete ? can anyone lend me a manual with loads of pictures in it ? ( english version only ) what does it mean if your tyres just flat at the bottom and air coming out the top ? hopefully i can get this sorted before xmas !

If you really feel like a challenge, remove the sump cover and do all the work from there.

Default Re: valve clearance

thats a serious job
had to leave my vfr with the mechanic for 2 days to have it done
less complicated on pre-vtec models
and you need special parts

i wouldn't even attempt it if you value your bike
