I think that you will struggle with a cruiser at your height, I'm also 5'11" and I've found Harley road kings and Honda Goldwings a bit cramped, so at 6'5" you're most likily not going to feel comfortable on a small cruiser. Have you considered a dual purpose trail bike such as the Suzuki V Strom or Honda Transalp, both are easily restricted and are great road bikes, they are also very tall, I can just about get my feet down on my Transalp, so it would be perfect for your height, as for comfort, I rode the 'Alp to Timbuktu in January with no problems with aches or pains.

Yeh - defo go for the cruiser. I started on a 250 Dragstar a coupla months ago and it is a very easy bike to get on with - enough go to keep you happy and SWEEEET styling
To view pics on this biker's forum - your post count must be 2 or greater. But agree with the other posts - a 250 might be a bit on small side for ya - only way to find out is to sit on one. Have you considered sawing a coupla inches off your legs???? |
