Yeah, it's something that I would do prior to selling. Have no idea what paint to use though so if you have any suggestions?

Thanks! :)

Maybe some matt black rattle can paint (BBQ paint)?. Gives a nice finish if sprayed on carefully.

I'm only after noticing the mileage now - this was obviously a long range commuter? Makes a great commuter I'd say, such a simple bike to get on and ride well.

Thanks for the suggestions! :) I'll look into getting some this weekend.

Technician: Yes it was certainly a long range commuter, my lifeline to the outside world!! I lived in Belfast (where I bought the bike) for three years, and it was used to get home to North Dublin at weekends during my three years. I had many a happy mile on it. Was used mainly on motorway at motorway speeds and kept in top condition by Charles Hurst motorcycles in Belfast on a regular basis. I couldn't have anything get in the way of me getting home to see my wife so the bike was treated like my child!! :)

But you're certainly right, from day one this bike was a breeze to ride, going straight from a 125cc to this was a very easy step!

It certainly is. With the R6 engine... It's an absolute cracker. I thought that going from a 125 to the 600 would be too big a step but the FZ6 was very forgiving.

Thanks for the comments technician, I hope someone enjoys it as much as I have!
