stop moaning, it's great they're petrol finally on site. It's great that restaurant is finally open on trackdays! It's great they now sell safety gear on site too! Hope they can build on it and get more services, shame nobody went for the trackday photos though, ended up that he didn't do any shooting on the day since only me and another bloked wanted photos.

I hope they get some £ in so they can't keep it all going. Love the new computerised briefing

Agree 150% - huge leap ahead from last year, even had a couple of heads come down also, knowing that food was available (the missus and her mate!), and they would NEVER have come down to a track day, but they really enjoyed it, able to get themselves a bit of grub - thought the whole thing was 'terribly respectable' (the mate said that, not the missus - she's been to Mondello for race days often enough not to come up with that shite!!

). Great start to the new season - so let's hope it's as well supported throughout the rest of the year, so we can keep the food on site (10 yoyo's for brekkie AND lunch? And I don't even fukin' eat meat, but that sounds a bargain to me!!

). As for the fuel price? Well, there is still the option of shooting down to Caragh for fuel at lunchtime - Mondello aren't a petrol station, and that's got to be a bit of hassle having that much fuel available - measuring it out, filling can's, etc., on site, so as what was said above, the option is there - and may well be worth the extra few quid for it's convenience - Mondello is not going to make a fortune off it either way, but they're offering it anyway.

Great start to the new track day season, great day, and an absolute pleasure meeting a lot of new lads there and seeing them improve so much over the day (personally recommended 3 lads to upgrade to next class!), was a real buzz watching so many lads improve, gain confidence and increase their enjoyment as the day went on - I doubt very much that ANY of those lads who were there today, will NOT be back again!!

remember too lads, petrol prices are predicated to be up to €2 per litre by the end of the year, and it will be hard for Mondello to keep raising the price of fuel with the market, so they may have tried to price ahead as such, either way i think its great to have it on site

I've never done a track day. Would it be worth while going down for a mosey to see how it works or would I be bored out of my tits walking around looking at nothing.

As a spectator how much does it cost?

Sundays track day was one of the best track days in a long time, I was marshaling at tarzan and the speed of the lads was something great to see, because of the number of bikes on circuit and the speed it was more like a race day, big thanks to all the riders for putting on a great day, next track day is sunday 26 march, so you should try and get down and have a look,
and it will not cost you anything to get in,,,,,,,
