Stuff like this is getting fairly rare - at least, I'm not seeing a lot of them, and it took me a long time to get one for my curvy SV650 a couple of years ago. I ended up getting a bent second-hand one off SV650.org for cheap, bent it straight, painted it up nicely... bingo.

A top-box is easy enough new (@€140 for a 45l Givi), but again not easy to find a decent second-hand one for cheap.

If you can get a new setup for €150-200 for the rack/plate, go for it. You won't do a whole lot better second-hand unless you're lucky or are willing to wait indefinitely.

Good luck!

Cheers for the advice, knew i was clutching at straws for the sports rack.

May just have to bite the bullet and purchase new.

They are great for carrying stuff, but try to keep it light. For quick runs to the shop for groceries or for storing helmet/gloves while off the bike, they can't be beat.
