Default Yamaha R1 indicator problem

Hey guys and girls, have a 01 yamaha r1 and seem to be having issues with the indicators lately, have mini indicators fitted (NOT L.E.D) and the left hand side is flashing at a much higher rate then the right hand side. It's as if it lost the resistance when a bulb blows and flashes very quickly but both are working just not at the right rate, right hand side is working fine, so it has me baffled. If anyone has any ideas let us know it would be great cheers

Swap back indicator bulbs and see if the the right hand side starts to flash quicker. If not try swapping the whole indicator around

This is assuming the back ones are the minis.

i had a problem like this on my 600 found it to be a damaged earth wire leaving the indicator touching the frame caused it to flash a lot quicker, it happened while i was installing new indicators
