Default paddock stand bobbins. CBR600 01

Howya lads, my 01 CBR600 does not have holes on the swing arm for bobbins for a paddock stand, I got an oxford stand with the rubber L shaped holders but the bike keeps sliding of the stand!!

So my question... is it possible to weld on or drill into the swing arm to attach bobbins??

thanks lads.

rubber band around the front brake lever.. wont fix the grip issue, but may stop her sliding off the stand

yes Ive done it loads of times!
on the solid alloy block the spindle goes threw you will fit a 6mm hole comfy at the bottom front corner just beside the weld!
