Take it to lee rads in the city and get him to braze it for you
All those sealants are only a waste ot time and money

Araldite Rapid two pack great stuff surface needs to be clean and free from dust, Dirt and grease. Roughen surface slightly with sandpaper. Follow instructions to the letter and you will be ok

Not necessarily, I had a couple tanks here which were brazed, but they start to leak again after a while - year or two... If there is a pinhole brazing is good, but there's a pretty good chance that there will be another in a while and you should use sealant too.
POR15 is good too

go to motor factors and get fibre glass not the sheets of fibre glass but the 1 you mix the hardner and fibre glass resin mix it up and make sure the area is sanded free from grease etc. petrol wont eat through fibre glass. quicker easier and cheaper about 10 euro for a tin any motor factors
