Got a problem with my front breaks on the bandit, when I break hard it seems the pads are sticking, after a mile or so they loosen back up,anybody got a quick solution before I leave my left bollick on a cagers wiper?

Remove the caliper from the fork leg, pump the brake lever a bit to expose the pistons & clean the caliper pistons with a can of Brake Cleaner and an old toothbrush.....
