Drunk pillions

I've always assumed not, but just wondering if there are any laws relating to drunk pillions. Gave a mate a spin home from the pub recently. He wasn't hammered but he threw my balance slightly a few times. Just made me wonder.

A good mate of mine died when he fell off the back of a bike on the way home from the pub. He wasn't messing, he just didn't have the reflexes to stay on the bike.

Don't do it.

I gave a mate a lift home from the pub one evening and he was pissed. Half way through a right hand bend, he decided to sit straight up and we went straight on through a dry stone wall. He was OK, just a few scratches. I was a proper mess and the bike was fukd.

Never again.
