Re: Good news
Fucking fair play to you, if this was in the UK you'd have been banged up by now staring at ABH charges and a compensation law suit, while the shitbag(s) got TLC and free legal aid
rant.....over! |
Good news gone bad gone good again! :lbhbh:
Just back from my local garda office had a good long chat with the fellows in there and have been advised that there will be no pending charges, happy days now to wait for my day in court. by the way the lad that showed no respect for my poor baseball bat had 3 brakes in his collar bone and had to have pins. Next time it will be a crowbar as they don't brake so easy!
Didn't think there would be. Without going into details, a similar thing happened me a few years back and the wee scrote tried to take an action against me. The Gardai knew said scrote well and I had CCTV footage to prove my case, not to mention the one armed pensioners statement whom said scrote tried to assault before I got involved. The Gardai have a job to do and have to investigate all complaints but they do know the difference between a citizen doing the right thing and a scrote trying it on. |
Re: Good news
This is great news. People need to be allowed to do whatever it takes to defend themselves, protect themselves, their loved ones and their homes.

Re: Good news
Surely if there was another break in a torque wrench would be in your hand as you would be fixing your bike rather than lying in ambush.
Obviously you'd just happen to be doing the rear axle so it would have to be a big fucker of a torque wrench. |
Re: Good news

Re: Good news
