i disagree with u here a kz is way better bike in general than an english or irish z,roads weather stuff like that ,as with matching numbers and stuff this wont make the bike handle or go faster ,this is some of the insane resasons people price their bike out of the market, bikes are for riding end off,
ok fair point, my own kz i have for 18 years and they handle better that the early ones but with the 26 carbs as apposed to the 28's apperently make it slower and the tubing on the 76 is 2 mill thicker makein it a bit sturdier, and all due respect with regards to matching numbers, again fair point but if your paying mad money for an old bike it gotta be 100 %.....:thumbsup2: |

so i had two fuuuuuuc k widow makers , the 750 was the worst handling bike i ever had so bad i thought the 500 was good , i very disappointed with the 900 but at least you could get it to handle , remove the jap tyres and fit lower bars , i had a greeves 250 that was shit handler had leading link forks , the kids now days are so lucky , |
Re: cuckoo land
Yep gotta agree with that their for riding and enjoying blating about a country road not sitting in a shed
yes i drive the me cb750 hard and will not let go on a trailer to shows or rally , i was at a show with my bike one time and a lad brought a bike to the show on a trailer the bike didnt and wouldnt run and was bolted to the trailer , the oil tank was made out of timber , he got first prize . now there are some bikes that are for display only like ex gp racers but run from time to time ,my rc166 is an example |
