Rossi to retire at Valencia??

Rumours were rife in Malaysia that Yamaha’s waning star rider Valentino Rossi might not see out his full two-year contract after a disappointing end to his season for 2018.

Rossi has pointed the finger of blame for his underwhelming performance at Yamaha MotoGP project leader Kouji Tsuya ;
"He make me run 32psi and 2-clicks more compression on the front for which I no happy about and a make me unbalance the rear and end up finishing last with Marquez laughing all way to the line, for this I lash out at a marshal trying for group hug afterwards and I very sorry"
said the motogp star.

Dorna, who are said to be discussing ways of keeping their former golden boy involved in the sport to maintain viewership figures, have not ruled out a proposed stipulation to introduce WorldSSP300 type weight restrictions on championship flyweight winner Marq Marquez, currently lying 101 points ahead of nearest rival Dovizioso at 321pts, by way of a 15kg handicap which has proved effective with run-away Female racer Ana Carrasco leading to a compelling season finale in the series.

2018 Championship winner Marquez, with 14 podiums and nine wins under his belt despite not finishing at Phillip Island, had received a 6 grid position penalty at Sepang for allegedly holding up a 9th place rival during qualifying.. - but eventually went on to win the weekends race by a comfortable 2 sec advantage from Alex Rins on the factory Suzuki, with Johan Zarco on the 2016 model Yamaha finishing 3rd.

Kouji Tsuya is said to have issued a formal apology to team bosses over the Rossi incident, but has been rendered 'surplus to requirements' for their 2019 season following an upheld complaint lodged by Valentino.

Lorenzo is a sly hoor.
It's not that long ago he was cozied up to marquez to pit rossi' downfall.

Marquez was young and just a fookin header, so he fell for it looking up to his fellow countryman.

Then Marquez grew up(ish) but still a fookin header doled out his usual comeuppance to anyone in his way by give them a good slap in the chops with the side of his Rcv.

Now Lorenzo is all buddie buddie with Rossi to gang up on marquez next year.

Oh the irony
