Verified members have successfully completed PayPal's Verification system to establish their identity with us.

To become Verified, a PayPal member in Ireland must enroll in our Expanded Use Program. When a member completes Expanded Use enrollment, he undergoes additional checks that increase security for all PayPal users. Verification increases the security of the PayPal network. Payments are non-refundable and members must still abide by the board rules on the site.
