Yeah, micky's suits me better anyway tbh. We could have a breakfast en route instead. 9.30 micky d's it is.

Good thing bout mcd's is that you get going. If we go to the dropping well we'll be chatting and eating til fcukin half ten.

Bussie, get yourself a nice healthy orange juice at ronald mcdonalds and you can get a nice artery clogging fry somewhere else on the way :D

Ah sh1t bussie, I'm only reading this text now. I went straight to mickyd's naas road. Were you up and about? I texted you and rang you but got no response. It was just meself and Liamo. We had a good spin up to Dundalk to the road races. We couldn't stick around though cos we'd no locks for the bikes and I had to be home early ish.

Definitely got to go north on our next spin. The road heading for Ardee which lead up to the races was fantastic, we didn't get far on it cos it was closed for the races, but if twists and surface quality continues on as it starts, then it's a savage road and it has to re-visited!

Couldn't make it, I was heading to Mayo at 7am this morning to pick up a 04 XTX600 for €5K, anybody interested in buying it? Minty clean except for a slight rubbing mark on the left exhaust shield (due to bad handling/riggin in the back of the movers truck)

Rode two up to get the bike, 250km's, another 250 back, am knackered, up since 6am.

Isn't it too far for a rideout? (for normal, non-pan people)

Perhaps I could have called you, and others, and we could ride part of the way together, you guys head back (in a round about way) after 100km's, while I ride into the Wesht? :)

It was kinda weird in Mayo, not that many bikes and people were always staring at the only bikes in town.

Actually, it would have been a great idea to meet up with Hugo, he's down Clare/Galway isn't he?

Techy, are you game for a spin next week?

Dat Termi fella is awful quiet these days, is he about?

Was just in Westport the last 4 days myself. Not many bikes around at all.

went to dropping well, no one turned up. Left phone at home by mistake .
Met some great bikers outside little chef near M50 and went fo a great all day spin. One of us got pulled by a female cop in a squad car on the N11 . the rest of us kept going and waited for him at M50 turn off.

Ah shite lads. I was up in Louisburgh on the bike for the w/e. Had a few scoops in Westport on Sat night too....

Rode back to Galway on Sun morning from Louisburgh via Lenanne, Maam & Maam Cross. One of the most stunning & scenic routes in the country. Surface is decent if a little bumpy with many wonderful corners. Seriously, makes the Wicklow Gap look so ordinary. Quite a few suicidal sheep around though - a real brake tester.....

Shyte, spouting bollox (try not to be too predictable Bussie) in Matt Molloy's most of sat nite Ballcock, followed by the ubiquitous trip to Oscars for a scrap afterwards.

for sure, i had a ball. except for one pant filling moment coming off the m1 onto the slane road where i nearly found out the hard way that no matter how hard you push a 16 year old 250, you will never catch an R1!

and somehow by the grace of god i got let off by a cop who clocked me at 106kmh as i came off the m50 onto the naas rd, a 50 zone!! there was no one else on the road and i wasnt screaming along so he just said slow down.
  :shocking: :russian_roulette: :shifty:

i was goin too fast but i think its a joke that a dual carrigeway with 3 lanes of traffic is a 50kph zone when the 2 lane m50 id just left is 120kmh. am i just a super cynic or is it a bit of a money spinner?
