Hi,
Yes it is the Midland Alliance MCC Rally at Moate Co Offally on Saturday 20th.
It is also The Chernobyl Childrens Fund rideout that day.
Brilliant Ride out, meet on the Killarney By-pass at 1.00pm.
Was coming over from Wales for both and now cannot make it. :(

thank god you can't make it as you'd be riding around in circles for hours.
Moate is in Westmeath!!
Killarney is about 140 miles from moate as well!!
didn't get a chance to check it out today but will on way home

OOps....Sorry!
I got a tad confused, I was told it was near Tullamore, which I believe is in Offally ( Welsh women aren't famed for their geographic ability) and didn't realise that Moate was that far from Tullamore.
Did realise how far Killarney was away however but when I come over I like to do the rideout and go to a rally so it would have been worth the ride I am sure.
Also if there is a trophy for farthest travelled I am more likely to get it!!!

I have never been to the Regulators Rally but I did make it to the Illeagles once up in Donegal a few years back, it was before I had my trike though and they let me in despite having 4 wheels, so I decided they were OK people up there.
Apart from it being a hell of a long way from Cork where I get off the ferry, I find the roads through Connemara and up a bit :w00t: on the trike, with 3 wheels you can't miss ANY potholes!!! My boyfriend has a motorbike and doesn't see the problem. Is there a better route as you recommend the rally we might give it a try if I can make it without leaving my beloved trike in an extra large pothole.

If you get the ferry to Dublin it's far handier. I never drove to Cork so I don't know which route would be best, but it's all good roads from Dublin to Donegal.
The Illeagles had their rally last Saturday in Fintown, it was good craic, even though I didn't have any pints.

Hellooo,
Is anyone reading this going to the Free Spirit Rally?
It looks like we are going to be there, ( ferry already booked.) :D and it is closer to Monkstown where a brilliant band, Kila, are playing the night before than the other rallies.
So if you are going and you see a bloke with a Honda Hornet painted like well...a bit like a hornet really... that will be Chris and his slightly podgy girlfriend on a turquoise but extremely beautiful trike that will be me....Steph.
So if your not already to drunk to speak, please say hi and introduce yourself, that would be nice.
Bye for now
